Mr. Walford received his B. Sc. from Lakehead University. Mr. Walford is a professional geologist with over thirty years experience in precious metal, base metal and PGM mining and exploration. Mr. Walford has held senior management roles at a number of companies, working throughout the Americas (Anaconda Gold, Geomaque Exploration, LAC Minerals Ltd., Pamour Porcupine Mines Ltd and Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Ltd.)

Mr. Frank received his B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Idaho. Mr. Frank is a mining executive with over thirty years in the mining industry having held various positions; CFO, V.P. Business Development, Consultant, Internal Auditor, Accountant and Manager of Information Systems. Mr. Frank is currently the owner of JDF Consulting LLC, consulting with mining companies. Prior to this, Mr. Frank was Vice President of Business Development for two years and Vice President of Finance and CFO for four years for Constellation Copper Corporation. Mr. Frank was Vice President of Finance and CFO for Consolidated Nevada Goldfields Corp. (CNGC) for seven years. Prior to CNGC, Mr. Frank spent eight years with Sunshine Mining Company and eight years with Hecla Mining Company, holding various positions including Internal Auditor, Senior Accountant and Manager of Data Processing.

Mr. Hahn received a B.A. in Earth Sciences from Dartmouth College and an M.S. in Geology and Geological Engineering from Michigan Tech. Mr. Hahn is a Certified Professional Geologist and a geological engineer with more than twenty-five years experience in exploration, mine development and operation, with expertise in base and precious metals, ore reserve calculations, slope stability, open pit operations, project evaluations and investment analysis. Mr. Hahn was President CEO of Constellation Copper from 1995-2007. Prior to this, Mr. Hahn was Vice President for St. Mary Minerals Inc. for four years. Mr. Hahn was Chief Geological Engineer for CoCa Mines Inc. for five years and spent ten years with Noranda Inc. where he was pre-development manager of the Lik massive sulfide project in Alaska and chief mine geologist at the Blackbird cobalt-copper project in Idaho. Mr. Hahn is an independent consultant to the mining and geothermal industries.

Mr. Chilcott spent twenty-seven years with C.M. Oliver & Co. Ltd., a Vancouver based brokerage company, holding various positions including President and Board Member. Mr. Chilcott served as a Member of the Board of Governors for the Vancouver Stock Exchange for twelve years and was Chairman of the Board of Governors for two years. Mr. Chilcott also served as a Member of the Board of Governors for the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.

Mr. Faught has over 30 years of financial management, corporate development and financing experience in natural resources, financial services and health services in North America and other international markets. Mr. Faught currently serves as President and CEO of Aberdeen International Inc. a public company traded on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has held senior finance positions and was Chief Financial Officer with, North American Palladium, Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting, William Resources and Dundee Capital. His investment experience includes executive management roles where he established companies, acquired projects/companies and arranged financing in the mining and metals, health services and financial services industries. While at Dundee Capital, he managed merchant banking investments in real estate development, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing. Mr. Faught received a Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor. He is also a Chartered Accountant and worked in the audit and tax departments of Deloitte & Touche. |
