Mr. Walford received his B. Sc. from Lakehead University. Mr. Walford is a professional geologist with over thirty years experience in precious metal, base metal and PGM mining and exploration. Mr. Walford has held senior management roles at a number of companies, working throughout the Americas (Anaconda Gold, Geomaque Exploration, LAC Minerals Ltd., Pamour Porcupine Mines Ltd and Hudson Bay Exploration and Development Ltd.)

Mr. Kirke received his Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. In addition to 12 years of international experience in public accounting and consulting with Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Kirke has held senior finance roles within public company environments with responsibility for finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. Mr. Kirke served most recently as CFO of BacTech Mining Corporation and Golden Odyssey Mining Inc.

Dr. Good received his Ph.D. in Geology from McMaster University and M.Sc. in Geology from University of Toronto. Dr. Good worked 3 years as a field geologist with the Ontario Geological Survey and 3 years with the Geological Survey of Canada organizing and compiling the global distribution of nickel and platinum group element deposits. His PhD research focussed on petrology and geochemistry of the Marathon and Geordie Lake deposits in the Coldwell Complex. Dr. Good discovered the Mann Township PGE occurrence and has published studies on other Ni-Cu-PGE deposits in the Thompson Nickel belt and the Abitibi greenstone belt.

Mr. Mason has over thirty-five years of experience in all facets of mining including senior mining operations management, with responsibilities for operational budgeting and financial management, human resource management, labour relations, labour negotiations and staff relations. Mr. Mason was with North American Palladium Ltd. from 2001 though May 2006 and was General Manager of the Lac des Iles mine. |
